We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. Please choose your wines carefully.

We will only process any returns once accepted if purchased from our web store directly. If you have purchased through a retail store please contact them directly

We will only exchange products that we deem to be faulty. Please contact us if you believe your wine is faulty

Postage charges on returns are at the cost of the customer and non-refundable.

Hampshire Vineyards are not liable for lost or damaged packages during the transfer. Once the package leaves our warehouse it is under the customer's ownership and the customer/couriers’ responsibility. Please contact the courier if your wine has been damaged in transit
